The service
Water2door is a marketplace. Independent, verified suppliers sell drinking water and related products and deliver them with their own drivers and vehicles; Water2door provides the apps, takes payments on the suppliers’ behalf and supports customers and suppliers. The supplier is the seller of the goods.
Accounts
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You must be 18 or over. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Orders, prices and taxes
Suppliers set their prices. Your bill shows goods, fees, any refundable deposit, discounts and taxes before you order. GST is charged as the law requires, and you receive tax documents for every delivered order.
Payments
You can pay by UPI, card, net banking, the in-app wallet, or cash on delivery where the supplier offers it. Business accounts may pay on a monthly statement.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancelling is free until the supplier accepts the order.
- After acceptance a cancellation fee may apply (free while a booked slot is more than 2 hours away).
- An order cannot be cancelled after the driver has picked it up.
- If something is wrong with your order, report it in the app with a photo; refunds go to your wallet or original payment method.

Jar deposits
A refundable deposit is charged on your first returnable jar order. The app shows the jars you hold with each supplier. Returned jars in good condition release your deposit; damaged or missing jars may be charged as shown in the app.
Delivery
Each delivery is confirmed with a 4-digit code shown only to you — share it with the driver at the door. If you are not available, the delivery may be marked failed and rescheduled or cancelled.
Business accounts
Organisations order on credit within an approved limit and pay a monthly statement by its due date. Overdue accounts may be paused. Clause to be drafted by counsel.
Suppliers
Suppliers join under a separate partner agreement covering verification, commission and fees, settlements and payouts. Clause to be drafted by counsel.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the apps: no fraud, no abuse of offers or referrals, no harassment of drivers, suppliers or support staff. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability and law
Clause to be drafted by counsel. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
